Flexicurity
Pawb worked with The Bevan Foundation on an European Commission-funded project about flexible labour markets and job security.
Rasus campaign
We provide IVR and live call centre sup[port for broadcast sport events.
Evaluation
Pawb, together with OldBell3 and equalta, evaluated TUC Cymru’s Equal at Work project.
Needs analysis, drug and alcohol services
We have been conducting a needs analysis for drug and alcohol services in Bridgend, looking at the gaps in provision and recommending the way forward for services in the Borough. This has involved both qualitative and quantitative research, interviewing those working in the different services at all levels, and the clients of those services, including carers and other hard to reach groups. This work is in partnership with Dr Dyfed Wyn Huws, a consultant in public health.

Evaluation of equalities projects
Pawb working in partnership with Old Bell 3 (the lead partner) and Equalta, are currently evaluating three equalities projects on behalf of the Welsh Assembly Government, the projects funded by the Promoting Equalities Fund are BSL Futures, Croeso and Disability Equality in Action.
Prison health needs
In conjunction with Dr Dyfed Wyn Huws, Pawb completed a health needs analysis for HMP Cardiff. This involved interviewing both staff and prisoners and writing a report about the best way forward in terms of prisoner healthcare within the institution.
